Success Guarantee

The Human Proof Designs Success Guarantee Program takes the worry out of starting an online business!

Our clients have experienced great success over the years developing profitable businesses, so we are confident you will love your site and with our training program and ongoing support, you have all the ingredients to be successful. However, if you purchase a qualifying online business from us and want to return it after 12 months, we’ve got you covered!

To qualify you must:

• Purchase a qualifying site. Almost all sites qualify, however, sites already generating revenues do not qualify.
• Enroll in our training program, for twelve (12) months (just $249 for the entire year with your site purchase). We want you to be successful and our training, support, and online communities will set you up for success. For details on training, visit our training page.
• If you have received a penalty from a search engine, or engaged in other “black hat” techniques that negatively affect your site or rankings, HPD may disqualify you from the success guarantee.
• Sites are eligible for the success guarantee after you’ve owned the site for 12 months, and transfer of site to HPD must be completed within 15 months of original purchase date.
• The success guarantee is non-transferable and only offered to the original buyer of the site.

To return a site:

• Contact HPD support and request a return of your site. Our team will make the process super easy. Just assist our team with your site log-ins and provide other requested information to transfer the domain name, site files, Google Analytics account (if used), and all social media accounts.
• We will either (at HPD’s choice)
  • refund you at least 75% of your original purchase price in return for your site, OR
  • sell your site on the Human Proof Designs website to another buyer on consignment for a 25% fee.
  • We will remit payment via PayPal or bank transfer.  Payments are submitted within 30 days after transfer of site to HPD, or within 30 days of a consignment sell. We typically submit payment within 48 hours, though!
  • Any transactions fees (credit card, bank transfer, PayPal fee) associated with the transaction will be deducted from price remitted to you.

Please note: If you are returning an eCommerce site, you will remain responsible for all existing & past order fulfillment, customer returns, liabilities, or other expenses outstanding.

You must promptly cooperate with HPD to facilitate the transfer and sell of your site to qualify. Program terms may be updated from time to time, or discontinued. Please check this page for up-to-date terms.
