- Cons: Front-loading work, requires compounding
- Pros: great profit margins in the future, more passive, simple, audience building
eCommerce sites
- Cons: Capital investment can be high, PPC can be competitive, consumers are becoming smarter
- Pros: Easy to understand, margins increase with scale, opportunity to be unique – but not necessary to make income
Local lead Generation
- Cons: Sales skills are good to have, lower number of vendors to purchase your leads (becase it's local), harder to gain compounding efforts
- Pros: Helping local businesses, flexible strategies (PPC, SEO, sell site, start the business, rent, sell leads), multiple vendors

Can you take an affiliate site such as “winecoolerexample.com” and introduce items for sale. For example sell a basket of sku’s (not coolers) that are wine related – or is this strategically a mistake, etc. Outside of Amazon and Wine Enthusiast there aren’t any decent ecommerce wine merchandise sites. I’ve researched this market and there are only two people offering good quality products over all of the wine related categories. I don’t have any experience in setting up ecom vendors, etc. but assume you guys do.
